The Centre for Environment and Humanity

 

The Centre for Environment and Humanity’s (CEH) mission is to educate and enrich people about the incredible natural environment and its inhabitants around the Kodaikanal (Tamil Nadu) region.

 

There is rich biodiversity in the Palini Hills and extensive research around the native flora and fauna was conducted by the Terre Generation team for the Indian Climate Experience. To raise awareness towards the wonderful species of plants and animals that call the Nilgiris home a series of nearly 50 illustrations were created. The illustrations were focused on showcasing not only each individual species but also their respective environments, human interference and other environmental aspects that need the public’s attention.
